Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.
I have a 'spooky' Design today using using Chocolate Baroque's - Bewitched Moonlight set.
I started with a piece of water colour paper and sprayed Orange Dylusions Ink along with a little Black Dylusions. I spritzed water over top and blotted with a paper towel roll. The black toned down the orange a little for a spooky background. I stamped the Gothic word fragment from Gothic Angels with Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink while the background was still damp. When dry (I used a heat gun) I stamped the lace fragment from Lace Fragments.
I stamped all images with Black Stazon. I also stamped mushrooms from November Fairy, which I masked in a couple of spots. I bleached the orange away from the mushrooms & moon with a natural hair brush and bleach. Next I added purple Dylusions by using my craft mat, brush & water.
I'll be back soon with new Christmas designs :) Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
Shirley

Oh wow Shirley, this is absolutely stunning. I love the colours as well as the theme. The mushrooms are beautiful and fit very well to the autumn!
Ah ha! Gorgeous I love Mushrooms Shirley, this card is really great, colour is fab and it's suitably ethereal not spooky. It makes you imagine that the fairies are just waiting in the wings to pop out and start their dancing! :D gay x
That Lace Fragment does superbly well as a spider's web & echoes that spooky tree beautifully. I love your mushrooms with their eerie purple hue & the Gothic word fragment adds superb texture into the mix.

PS - I'd imagine it's the little time stealing imps dancing in the moonlight???

Fabulous card, Shirley, once again. The background you have made here is so good with the Gothic lettering and the lace/spider's webs. And I love the way you've painted the mushrooms and the moon, very clever artwork.
Beautiful! Orange and blue look wonderful together. I do think your card is magical!

I love the feeling of the web creeping in around the edges of this card Shirley, and the gorgeous orange colour, a real feeling of Autumn, the trees are just beginning to turn here, I noticed them today on our way home from holiday with the parents. Hope you're having a great weekend.
