Playing with Brushos and Dylusions Inks

Hello everyone I hope you are having a great weekend.

I had more playtime with Brushos crystal inks and this time I decided to combine them with another favorite medium - Dylusions inks :).   The cheery colour makes me think about Spring.

I sprayed Dylusions, sprinkled Brusho's here & there, and spritzed with water where I wanted the crystal to move.  I painted the Moth with Brushos and highlighted with white acrylic paint (thanks for the idea Ryn:))

Beautiful card, I always like blues and green together Shirley and I agree, it does give a feel of Spring. Also found like you that Brusho's work great as a paining medium.

Hope you have a good weekend.

This gorgeous card certainly has got a touch of spring to it. I love the colours you've used and the softness of the stenciling in the background. The sun is out here today but it still looks drab in the garden and it's cold. Although I know that we think of as cold is no where near what it's like for you in Canada. Have a great weekend.

You've got some marvelous looks on this one. Love the combination with those fab drops too. You had better results with sprinkling your brusho- over the wet dylusions. I tried that, and the crystals didn't move as much as I expected, even though the surface was quite wet. I did respritz with water, but your result is fantastic. I'll be trying this again. Love that you're doing the Brusho-s too. Your Dylusions (as ditto your DI backgrounds) are always splendid. TFS & Hugs.
