Hello everyone and welcome to April. The calendar says "Spring" but it's rather chilly here and will be all weekend.
I created this spring theme card using stamps by Chocolate Baroque. By coincidence Lesley and the team are celebrating their 5th birthday and all their Spring Stamps are on sale - 30% off, a great time to buy.
The background is Dylusions spray inks along with a little white acrylic paint using a small bottle. I spritzed the background using the Tim Holtz Distress Sprayer. I also stamped with foilage from Spring Foliage which is hard to see in the photo.
The main tulip image from Spring Bird Tulip set was coloured with Prisma pencils.
The die cut behind the tulips is by Joy Crafts 6002/0133.
Have a great weekend,
Shirley

These tulips are beautiful Shirley and the sprayed background is so pretty, and I love the added rings in the white acrylic paint and the Spring Foliage stamping too. The black die cut strip makes the tulips really stand out from the background too. x
