We are still looking out our windows at piles of snow, but the sun is shining and they are starting to melt. I have a card today using one of Chocolate Baroque's new clear stamp sets, Periwinkle Corners & Rosebud, which includes 3 pretty & delicate designs.
I stamped the Perwinkle Corner onto Kraft paper and coloured with my Prisma Pencils. I used a Nellie's Muliframe die cut oval and blended a little Crushed Olive and Black Soot Distress Ink around the outside. I used a stamp from Textured Fragments around the first background. I stamped the Periwinkle again around the 2nd background on Kraft Paper with black & blended Crushed Olive DI again.
Here is a look at the Periwinkle & Rose Bud mini stamp set.

Best wishes Chrissie xx
This is beautiful Shirley, and just goes to show that they are not just corners. I love the way you've put the beads in the centres of the flowers.

What a BEAUTY!!!!!!

I love the way you have made this whole design cohere by the use of both colour & imagery against some very striking black matting. The use of the corner stamp for the focal image just shows what may be done with a little twist in the orientation & I love your positioning of both of the corner stamps for the background. That sheer brilliant purple bow echoes the purple pearls of the flowers beautifully. Have a super Sunday.

Beautiful card with great colors, I love the color combination.
Hi, Shirley! A striking card, and lovely colors! How do you ever come up with the beautiful color combinations. The contrast between the black and goldish-olive looks amazing (I love black and olive, anyway, so it would have been a hit here LOL). Looks great to use the focal image as the frame image, too! Has the letter carrier brought anything new lately? hugs, de
Beautiful card Shirley, I do love those colours! Hope you've had a good weekend and the snow is clearing for you
